Our 700 North Country Mules provide us with lamb that is 100% grass fed all year round. We have spring lamb, hogget and mutton available seasonally.
For great tasting beef, we rely on native breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, Hereford and Dexters. Dry aged on the bone for 4 weeks bringing you the most delicious mature joints and steaks, whatever the occasion.
Our pork is outdoor born and raised, and fed cereals home-grown on the farm. We use breeds such as Gloucester Old Spot, Middle Whites and Saddlebacks to provide great tasting Pork.
